Shipping:

Our transmissions do not ship with or include fluid due to shipping restrictions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Will only ship to a facility with loading dock or forklift ie: lumber yard, automotive shop, warehouse, etc. No residential delivery. 

Warranty:

2-year, unlimited mile, non-transferrable warranty policy will be sent upon purchase. RSS reserves all rights to void warranty if misuse is suspected. All repairs to RSS Transmissions MUST be performed by Rhoads Speed Shop, LLC in Carrollton, IL. No exceptions. 

Lead Time:

Please call to verify availability. Expect 1-2 week lead time. 

Core:

A complete core is required and must match year/make/model of transmission ordered. All cores will be inspected prior to refund. Transmissions with cracked or broken housings, damaged or missing internal hard parts such as planetaries, shafts, valve body, etc, will not receive full core refund. Core must be received within 30 days to receive full core refund- partial refund is applicable after 30 days at RSS discretion.
